Isobel and the team were quick and extremely efficient handling my property purchase. It was touch and go the closing week, from the sellers side due to an outstanding document needed for the bank, which looked like the closing date would push through to the next week however, the drawdown from the bank barely touched their account before it was sent off to the sellers solicitor closing the sale a day early!
