Saranne O’Malley – Partner

Saranne O’Malley is a solicitor and partner at MMOD Solicitors with a strong focus on both residential and commercial Conveyancing, Wills and Estate planning, the Administration of Estates, and contentious Probate matters.

Saranne works closely with clients on all aspects of property transactions, including title investigations, the sale and purchase of property, commercial property and tenancy matters. She also has extensive experience advising clients and their families on matters from drafting wills and managing inheritance matters, to resolving disputes between beneficiaries, contesting wills, and handling complex probate litigation

Originally from Newport, Co. Mayo, Saranne qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and joined MMOD Solicitors LLP in 2025, having previously worked with a well-established practice in Limerick.

She is known for her clear, calm approach and her commitment to delivering straightforward, reliable advice and her ability to guide families through sensitive legal processes with clarity and care.
Saranne holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Protection and a Degree in Irish Law, and holds a Certificate in Commercial Mediation.
